It was revealed this week on Mayhem that 4 massive returns came to EHWF and new contracts and deals were signed:
- Michael Rissi: 2 Time Hall of Famer, Former EHWF Champion and Former Hardcore Champion with a record of 50-0
- "Black Man" Adam DePaolo: Hall of Famer, 2 Time EHWF Champion and Former World Tag Champion.
- Ryan Morgan: Hall of Famer, 2 Time EHWF Champion and Former UK Champion.
- Brianna Rissi: Former Showtime Champion and boasts an impressive 10-0 Record.
With EHWF recently starting back up and positioning itself back into the world leader and massive juggernaut of professional wrestling and entertainment once again, many are wondering just how much money was spent on these four big names and what it leaves for the existing new breed of EHWF Stars who have made the rebirth great. There have been rumblings backstage that some new breed superstars are not happy with these signings and that other breakout stars haven't been signed or called up to the main roster because of the potential millions spent in bringing these names back.
Certain names on the roster and in the company are calling the management within EHWF a "redundant triple management scheme" that is impacting EHWF and it's new breed stars that have helped revive it - with many on the roster and in the company said to be pissed off for multiple reasons ranging from: jealousy over deals and money, having the spotlight taken away, their friends not being signed or moved up to the main roster as a results and more. It's unclear who these controversies are coming from but the unhappy campers are stemming from the fact that the channels of management seemingly do not communicate with each other which has lead to sporadic signings and spending.
Last month, Fernandez Gomez, President of EHWF hired back 5 former lower card EHWF stars without consulting anyone, simply to use them for his own personal gain on Mayhem.
It was also revealed a few days later that former EHWF talent and former Tag Team Champion - Misty Vega also resigned with the company and will begin competing again.
More on these backstage controversies as we hear them.
