We open up to an undisclosed location where we see Countess Bathory seated on her throne of skulls surrounded by lit candles, Lilith and Amara lay on the floor in front of her, their bodies twisted and mangled as if they were no longer alive. In her right hand, Bathory clutches the goblet of virgin’s blood and with the index finger of her left hand, she sticks it into the blood and begins swirling it around in a clockwise fashion.
Countess Bathory: Et ad congregandum... eos coram me.
The Countess stares deep into the goblet, her eyes wide and black as night.
Countess Bathory: My Lord… we were unable to complete our mission… an unforeseen outsider was to blame…
She pauses, almost seemingly listening to the goblet.
Countess Bathory: Of course you already knew… my deepest apologies…
Pausing again, she raises the goblet up closer to her face.
Countess Bathory: They are still adjusting to their new vessels and their new found power…
She nods.
Countess Bathory: What should we do now, my Lord?
Listening again, she nods a second time.
Countess Bathory: Very well… we shall no longer pursue the so-called Killer and focus our attention on them…
She slowly and delicately taps the sides of the goblet with her long black fingernails.
Countess Bathory: It shall be done, my Lord.
Suddenly, a gust of wind swirls through the room, almost blowing out the candles and Bathory’s eyes are no longer black as she slowly stands and raises the goblet high above her head. The bodies of Amara and Lilith begin to twitch and jerk as they both slowly rise up to their feet and stand before The Countess.
Countess Bathory: We have work to do, my children.
She then allows Amara and Lilith to drink from the goblet when suddenly, the candles go out completely and the feed cuts off.
