From the Desk of Your NEW Manager of Operations!

The scene opens up as we are fixed in on a desk that is out of focus for a moment. You see a finger suddenly on the lens as the person behind the camera seems to be having some trouble with the camera.

"Babes, maybe we should have gotten an actual camera man to work one of these better cameras. Oh, wait...here we go!"

The finger leaves it's place of blocking most of what could be seen, as the picture also seems to clear up.

"Bingo!"

We can now see much more clearly that we are looking at a desk. Not any desk...it looks like the desk of Brandon Bash. But sitting at the seat at the desk is not Brandon Bash at all...obviously. I mean, unless Brandon Bash pulled a Bruce Jenner, I mean. Alexandria Kendrick could be seen smiling at the camera dressed in not one of her usual woman business suit attire that she wore while working for her father...but a blue TARDIS dress. Crazy Whovians.

"Ladies and Gentlemen...and Van Jam...I'm sure you all know my name by now. But, for those of you who don't know who I am...I am Alexandria Kendrick. I am the new Manager of Operations of the EHWF. And I have a special announcement to make, as well as a bit of an...offer. So, let's get straight down to business, shall we?

I am adding a special match to start off the next episode of Mayhem. Someone will be making a return to the ring. I don't want to spoil it, but this is an offer to the EHWF roster. I'd prefer someone who isn't already booked...but if you'd like to volunteer for a match, either come on down to my office or get in touch with me via social media...tweet me at at perfect shot Alex EHWF."

We would then see @perfectshotalex up on the screen somehow. Don't ask any absurd questions, I say!

"Trust me...there will be a little bonus added to the pot for our volunteer, so don't think it will be for nothing. So...what are you waiting for? I'm waiting...but for once, I won't be too patient. I'd hate to have to randomly book someone and end up not giving anyone that bonus."

The camera moved from the smiling Alexandria to the door, expecting someone to already answer after getting to the office in record speed!

Several moments after Alexandria Kendrick issued an open challenge to anyone in the EHWF locker room to face a mystery opponent, Eli Sykes quickly made his way out of his locker room, followed by Hannah Walters and "Big" Jay Strickland towards the Manager of Operations office. He reaches the offices door and without knocking, enters. Inside, Alexandria sits at her desk and Wilmer stands idly by, putting his camera equipment up. Eli Sykes, Hannah Walters, and Jay Strickland step towards Alexandria's desk.

ELI SYKES

"Now, I shouldn't really have to specify why I'm here, Alex... Can I call you Alex?"

"It's no secret that the two of us don't particularly see eye to eye, but there can't be a doubt in your mind that I'm the best thing your company has going for it right now, but I couldn't help but notice that I wasn't booked for a match for Mayhem, and I got to thinking... How am I expected to be a fighting champion and keep my momentum if I'm left off of a card? It just doesn't add up, Alex. Now, I'm not sure who this mystery opponent is, and frankly, I don't give a shit. I just want a match, and seeing as how this is my only shot at getting one this week, I want it."

Eli Sykes walks around to Alexandria's side of the desk and sits on the corner of it, face to face with her.

"So, what do you say?"

Wilmer sighed, as he quickly unpacked the camera equipment after just starting to pack it up after no one showed up in record time, and caught some of what Eli had said. He then turned the camera over to Alexandria.

"Well, Eli...let's just say you weren't booked just for this reason right here. I mean, anyone else could have answered first...but I was actually expecting for you to answer. Anyone else I would have asked why I should let them have this match...but you, I already know how much you want it. So, the answer is obviously yes, Eli. Now, I hope you don't let me down here...because your opponent will be..."

This is simply for added dramatic effect as a pause.

"My father, Brandon Bash...who is now under an official in-ring contract with the EHWF! But the bonus...you'll only get it if you win, Eli. So, how does that sound?"

Alexandria and Wilmer, who had turned the camera over to Eli & Co. while we waited for an answer...

As Alexandra explains why she made the challenge, Eli Sykes' mind seems to be somewhere else, essentially careless. But, once the name Brandon Bash escapes Alexandria Kendrick's mouth, Eli Sykes' tilts his head, looking straight at her as a smile creeps onto his face. He leaps up off of the desk and slaps his right hand on it before placing it on Alexandria's shoulder. 

ELI SYKES

"Finally... Someone around here that knows what the fuck they're doing. That's what I like to hear, Alex. That's gold."

Eli Sykes goes back to the side of the desk where Hannah and Jay stand.

"You're not going to regret this... Well, you might. I know your father and yourself aren't on speaking terms at the moment, but I hope you realize that you've just thrown him to the wolves. Do yourself a favor, for your conscience. Before I step into that ring with your father, give him a hug and tell him that you love him, because once I'm finished, you may not have a father anymore, Alex."

"And don't worry about me winning, Alex. All you need to be concerned with is making sure their is sufficient medical staff to care for what's left of your father after our match."

Wilmer whips the camera back over to Alexandria after Eli spoke.

"Well, Eli...how about this. Just to make absolute sure that you won't let me down...I'm going to start the show off the same way last week did. Because your Junior Heavyweight Championship will be on the line!"

She flashed a small smirk.

"Might as well add some extra motivation since you think so highly of yourself, right? That way, you get the chance to back up your words, Eli."

As the camera turned back to Eli, the camera man got a little excited.

"Oh, snap!"

Eli Sykes smirks, then unbuckles the EHWF Junior Heavyweight Championship from around his waist and places it on Alexandria Kendrick's desk. He places both hands on the desk as well, leaning over, never breaking eye contact with Alexandria.

"I'm not sure what you're endgame is here, Alex, but be assured that whatever it is, I'm not walking out of Mayhem without this championship still securely wrapped around my waist. You know it. Wilmer knows it. These idiotic fans know it."

The fan's boos and jeers can be heard.

"You see, putting my title on the line is not even an issue. If it were up to me, this Junior Heavyweight Championship would be put on the line every time I step into that ring, because I am a fighting champion, unlike your Heavyweight Champion, Ryan Morgan. I've digressed though. The fact of the matter is that I after Mayhem, your father will be another name on the list of people that I have beaten and further add to the fact that I am without a doubt the best athlete that you have on the EHWF roster."
