We fade into the arena at a house show as thousands of cheering and screaming fans go wild. We pan around and come to see Michael Rissi in the center of the ring, dressed in a business suit with a mic firmly in his hand. Rissi gives a warm and inviting smile as he gestures of the crowd to calm down.
Michael Rissi: Ladies and Gents it's great to be here tonight. I wasn't supposed to appear here but there has been some business come up that I feel I need to address here tonight with an individual on the roster. I think it's best if we just watch on the tron, some events that transpired in an EHWF Management Office a day or so ago...
We pan to the tron as it flickers on the footage of DGS and Rissi's meeting this week.

The tron flickers off and we pan back to Rissi in the ring who is mockingly shaking his head in disapproval. The fans give a mixed reaction at the video, not taking a positive line with one of EHWF's resident villains, never seeing him in the light he portrayed himself in when he met with Rissi this week.
Michael Rissi: Now... Now, I don't want any of you thinking any less of David GS... That's not going to help David GS. David GS clearly has some build up emotions and issues that he's not over yet and we as fans and professionals need to support David GS. We need to support the hell out of him!
With a quick smirk the fans all laugh.
Michael Rissi: It's come to my understanding that David GS is upset about a plethora of things. He's become quite emotive about his recent lacklustre performances in EHWF and somehow he has it in his head that I made the Scars and Stripes main event to screw him out of the title? That's all well and good to have that conspiracy theory but the Multi-Man Scars and Stripes Main Event was announced before I even secured ownership of the company... I just made it an Extreme Hell in a Cell match to spice things up and spice up I did with it being one of the most watched matches and pay per views in EHWF and Sporting history.
The fans all roar in approval as Rissi takes a moment to hype up their cheers.
Michael Rissi: That is all well and good but the bottom line is David needs and excuse as to why he lost that match... Any excuse would have done fine, he's the master of excuses for why he sucks but that's not we're here to talk about tonight. We're here to rally around a clearly physically distraught and emotive David GS and help him deal with these serious psychological issues he's currently going through. I've reached out to David's camp and offered him time off and even counselling which he may have to undertake anyway as part of our wellness policy but... unfortunately I haven't gotten a reply back... Even more unfortunate is the fact that EHWF has to fine David GS $250000 for his actions in our office this week... Rules are rules.
With more laughter and cheers from the fans, Rissi moves to the end of the ring and takes his sunglasses off, folding them into his pocket then straightening his tie. Rissi turns back towards the entrance and smirks, pointing at the stage and emitting his booming tone throughout the arena.
Michael Rissi: David... Since you're here tonight, I think that it's only right that you come out here, get in this ring, clear the air and figure out these deep sociopathic and mentally taxing problems you have with not only me but other people. So David GS... Come on down when you're ready Champ!
Some time passes and nothing happens, no music, no David, no nothing. The fans end up going quiet as Rissi waits in the ring.

A dangerously wide smile grew on Rissi's face as he stands in front of David with his arms wide open. In the back of his mind he knew Dawson was still there, staring at him yet Rissi wasn't sure if Dawson was still breathing so he paid him no more attention. He fixed his gaze purely on David with the most genuine look of gratitude anyone has ever seen growing on his face. Joanna looked down at her desk and tried to hide her smile as she knew Rissi was about to reply.
Michael Rissi: Thanks man, thank you I really mean that. It wasn't easy becoming EHWF Owner and... your boss but I welcome your congratulations. As for the neck, well it's not too bad, you know how it goes. It sucks you couldn't finish the job but that's been the story of your life hasn't it?
Rissi takes a step back and breaks out into uncontrollable laughter in front of DGS. After a moment of some good chuckles Rissi begins to calm himself down, putting his hand up to David's face while he gets ahold of himself. Joanna looks up and watches both men, looking intent, like a spectator on the school oval expecting something to break out amongst the two. Before DGS gets any time to respond, Rissi quickly starts speaking again.
Michael Rissi: Anyway... I think congratulations are in order for you more than they are for me champ. You went to Scars and Stripes, did everything you claimed you were going to do; won the match, retained the EHWF Championship and came out victorious at Scars and Stripes thus breaking your losing habit at the event... Yes David, you are in fact a man of your word - you say you're going to do something, you do it! Congrats Champ, you deserve it.
David cocked his head to one side and arched an eyebrow, his own smile constant and unwavering.
David: I'm sorry... I thought this was the owner's office, not comedy camp. If you want some time to work on that beat-around-the-bush high school girl routine, I'll come back later and we can try this again. We'll talk about how what happened in January was an accident; how my intention was merely to get your attention, and how you ended up being a great deal more fragile than I remembered.
He furrowed his brow and stuck out his lower lip - a picturesque "poor baby" expression - and reached out with one hand, actually patting Rissi on the side of the face before re-assuming his amused grin.
David: We'll also talk about what I came here to congratulate you on - for the second time, relieving me of the EHWF Championship at Scars and Stripes. Sure, this time it was an act of petty, childish retribution, and sure, you had to throw five men and the Hell in a Cell structure at me to make it happen, but you did it, and despite the fact that the only keeping me from getting it back is Matthew Kazama, a man who I'm fairly confident I can beat, it's a feat that deserves recognition and praise. And finally...
David looked down at his feet for a moment - but only for a moment. When he lifted his head back up his smile had grown exponentially, now exposing his teeth, and his gaze shifted to Joanna for an uncomfortably long moment before locking back onto her husband.
David: And finally, we'll talk about the way things are. The way things are going to be. You said it, Michael, you're my boss - in name. But if you think you'll see any more success than DePaolo did - if you think you'll be able to put anything even resembling a leash on me... well.
He shrugged, masking supreme arrogance with a thin veneer of humility.
David: Simply put, you won't. You can't. We'll talk about how your power - such as it is - only encompasses this office. The backstage area. The locker room. Out there? Out in the ring? That's mine now. It was once yours... once. But after what happened in January? After what I did to you? There's nothing you can say to me that hasn't already been proven wrong. There's nothing you can do to me that I won't come right back from and undo. And - this part's my favorite - there's nothing you can take from me that I won't simply take right back.
David paused, giving all he had said ample time to sink in. Rissi's face didn't change, his smile enduring as David's own had, but something in his eyes was different, and there was a subtle yet very telling shift in the owner's posture.
David: But we'll talk about all that later. For now, I'll leave the faux-power couple alone.
He pushed off from the doorframe and turned to leave, only to come to a halt just before stepping out of sight.
David: Actually... there is one more thing. David GS? "Champ"?
He turned around and, lightning-quick, lashed out with one hand, grabbed Rissi by the front of his shirt, and hauled him in so close that their noses were almost touching. The smile vanished from his face like the sun going behind a cloud, and his eyes grew hard and dark.
David: Call me either of those again, and boss or not, I'll bust your face wide open.
He shoved Rissi backwards, hard enough that the owner stumbled backfirst into his wife's desk. Before he could so much as regain his balance, though, the former champion - the future champion, who above all else was not in the mood for the EHWF Owner's special brand of bullshit - had left the office and closed the door behind him.
