EHWF.com Exclusive!
After his match against David Arnold, The North American Champion, Bill Ryder seemed very stressed out and unpleased with the way the match had ended on Friday Night. The champion was available for a quick comment after his mandatory check up with the medical staff.
Bill Ryder 'As a champion my main goal is retaining my championship, but not under the circumstances you saw tonight. I want to leave my opponents in a pool of their own blood and a pile of their own stool. I kept the title, yes.. but David Arnold was able to walk out of the arena on his own two feet, and that to me is no good. The next time I face him.. he's leaving the match on a stretcher and you can count on that'
The unsatisfied champion would walk away frustrated with himself.

EHWF.com was able to track down David Arnold, who was leaving the arena obviously not in the best of shape with Erin Vega at his side. After informing David of what Bill Ryder had said, David had this to say:
Leave his opponents in a pile of their own blood and stool? Not being good that I was able to leave on my own two feet? Sounds like someone's gotten into Bill Ryder's head. I told everyone it was going to be a great match and I believe everyone in that arena and everyone watching at home is able to testify to that. However, if Bill Ryder isn't satisfied with retaining the championship and isn't satisfied with me leaving on my own two feet, I may not have another North American championship briefcase to cash in, but anytime he wants to go again, I'm ready.
David looks up at the camera, the bandages covering his forehead from where he was busted open as well, the pain on his face covered up as best as possible, but still there. He looks at the camera serious and focused though.
Because I think I proved tonight that The One and Only David Arnold... is here to stay....
David turned away from the camera and with Erin at his side, the two headed to their rental car and left the arena, off to the hotel to prepare for yet another match and show tomorrow....

The North American champion would be available for a brief comment.
'David. Trust me when I tell you this.. By our match ending the way it did has done nothing but boost your ego beyond reality. If that match had lasted five minutes longer.. you wouldn't have the strength within your greasy finger tips to respond to my post. Next time you won't be so fortunate'

While getting ready for another busy day of autograph signings, interviews, and another house show later tonight, EHWF.com staff managed to get ahold of David Arnold via a phone call and after informing him of Bill Ryder's reply, he had this to say:
"Bill, you were about to put me away for good on the outside, but I managed to fight it off enough to make sure I wasn't injured. That's survival. I did what I had to in order to make sure my career wasn't shortened with that display you put on there. You went to a place that I don't believe people have really seen and didn't care about winning, just about putting me down. And I survived. My ego is not boosted, but I proved that I could survive. So you can make all of the threats about next time that you want, but Bill, you were giving me a lot of what you had, maybe not all, but a lot. And I walked away from that match on my own, just a few sore spots and a cut as my rewards of it. But just remember that heading forward Bill Ryder... I survived..."

Bill Ryder would be available for a comment in regards to David Arnold's comments.
'Yes David, you've survived to fight another day, but perhaps those were my intentions all along. Perhaps I allowed you to build enough confidence so that one day you would be foolish enough to step back inside the ring with me. David.. when I decide to give you everything I have, trust me, you'll know it'
