Mayhem had just shortly went off the air. People began to fill out of the arena, still trying to grasp all that went on in the show. The hallways were filled with people trying to get on with their night and make it to their beds at a decent time. Everyone except Blaise. She sat on the floor, slumped with her hood on playing with the label of her water bottle. Of course, she was bummed. Everything was going so nicely at the start of the night. So much had changed and then the show ended with everything finding its way back to how it all once was. She sat there all by her lonesome as people walked by. Most people looked down, but quickly hurried away once they saw who it was. All except one pair of feet that slowed down at the sight of the diva. Immediately a scowl formed on Blaise's face as she looked up to see who it possibly could be.

A pair of dark blue and black boots come to a halt in front of the slumped down diva. As Blaise's scowling face rises to meet his eyes he fights back a chuckle. All that is visible is a slight grin spread across his lips.
Matthew 'Silver' Kazama "Awww now don't look at me like that, Blaisekin! I didn't even do anything. Just wanted to see how you are holding up."

BLAISE: What? What do you want?
The diva exclaimed immediately. Snapped almost. Of course her anger wasn't directed at Silver, but he was going to be the unfortunate one to have to deal with it. It was his fault at the end of the day for even approaching Blaise. She wasn't going to beat around the bush, play nice... The sight of him grinning ear to ear made her sick to her stomach to be frank. It was the last thing she wanted to see. Last person she wanted to speak too. And that was really saying something when you took into consideration the kind of people EHWF had.
BLAISE: What could you possibly want, Silver? You don't care about how I'm doing.. So cut the shit.

The grin fades from The Last Kazama's face as he lets out a huff of air. He runs a hand through his hair before moving slightly to the side and leaning against the wall that the diva currently is sitting against. Naturally, it would annoy the independent, easy to anger, woman. Another loud sigh later as Silver looks up at the ceiling slightly.
Matthew 'Silver' Kazama "I'm just checking on you. If it makes you feel better to think that no one cares, go ahead. It's been pretty rough around here since I've come back, with The Monarchy and all. We don't have to act like friends. We're not. Probably never will be. But...we work together. We work here. You look displeased and upset. That bothers me. So...I'm checking on you. You okay? Wanna talk?"

BLAISE: I just would love to know... If I was unhappy, what makes you think I would speak to you? Your very presence is just making me even more displeased, Mr. Kazama.
The diva rolls her eyes as she brushes herself off as she gets off the ground. Blaise stands up and stands across from Silver, wanting to distance herself from the annoying man.
BLAISE: That's real sweet and all, but I hope you and I'm sure you know that if I saw you in the position I was just now I wouldn't even give you a second glance. Because I don't care and stop trying to act like you know me, like you know anything because you don't know shit. Hell, since you've come back you haven't really done shit either. The name Silver Kazama doesn't mean much nowadays and that's how it should have always been. But that's another conversation between me and you for another time. Hopefully that time never happens though because I don't quite enjoy speaking to you. And it's crazy because I can say those things a million times to you, but you will still be kind. I don't get it...

Hopefully that time never happens though because I don't quite enjoy speaking to you. And it's crazy because I can say those things a million times to you, but you will still be kind. I don't get it... A chuckle. Then a laugh. It's a moment that really should not be happening, considering the two people in the conversation. Had anyone else walked up and stumbled across the current scene it would not only be odd, but kinda scary.
Matthew 'Silver' Kazama "You're right, you know."
The chuckling fades, but the small hint of mirth refuses to fade from The Last Kazama's face.
Matthew 'Silver' Kazama "I'm probably one of the last people in the world you want to talk to. Ever. Like. Not just 'Hi how are you' and go on. No. You, for some reason, literally loathe the idea of me. That's cool, though. I can live with that. I can also live with the fact that if I were in your shoes right now you'd just walk right by. That's you. That's the personality that defines you. But...in that same breath you've answered your own question."
A shrug rolls off Silver's shoulders as he leans against the wall.
Matthew 'Silver' Kazama "It's who I am. If I see someone down and out...I want to help. If I see someone is having a hard time, I want to carry some of the load. Sure, that may rub some people the wrong way around here, both in the locker room and with the powers that be, but I can't change who I am. So, if you being upset and me being your punching bag is the way this co-worker thing is going to go...it's how it's going to go. Because at the end of the day we don't have to like each other. I just happen to respect you, even if you don't respect me."
Silver smirks and takes a deep breath before pushing himself up off the wall.
Matthew 'Silver' Kazama "So...do yourself a favor, Gwen. Stop deflecting by trying to say my name means nothing. Stop being this watered down version of yourself. Split it out. Hit me. Let me have it. Every bit of rage and disgruntled angst you have piled up inside that little body of yours. Let it out so you can stop being so...weak...because the last thing you need to be right now, given the landscape of things here, is weak."
It was a low blow, and he knew that as soon as he said it, but it needed to be said. The walls needed to come down, and the censored witty replies needed to end.
